I updated the review because this past weekend's show was THE BEST! The Arizona Wedding Show is an absolute must for anyone in the wedding industry! This event gives us a fantastic opportunity to meet our brides before they even walk into our boutique, and it's always so much fun connecting with other talented local vendors. Kim does a phenomenal job organizing the entire show--her attention to detail and seamless execution are incredible! As the exclusive bridal shop on the runway, I have to say that the fashion show is always the highlight. Alexa coordinates the models flawlessly, and her professionalism, and positive energy make her an incredible partner to work with. Having been in the bridal industry for nearly nine years, I've seen many shows, but Kim has truly elevated this one to new heights! We hit our weekend goals at the end of Day 1, and that's a true testament to the outstanding marketing, branding, and overall experience this show provides. If you're considering exhibiting or attending, don't hesitate --10/10 recommend! We are extremely grateful for the meticulous effort and hard work they invest in the marketing of the show, as well as the promptness with which they provide us with our marketing lists and responses. The amount of business we book from the Arizona Wedding Show is incredible. The Show staff is very helpful and accommodating. The Show is well coordinated, making the pace of our guests for tasting our samples go smoothly, as well as the setup and take down for exhibitors. As a company, we are leaning into the Arizona Wedding Show because of two words: Kim Horn. Kim bought the show in July 2023, and to say that some changes were made is an understatement. She completely overhauled the show, revolutionized the process, and absolutely built a community we want to be a part of. Not only do they provide classes to help you be successful during the show, but she also works the floor. We've been doing the show for over five years, and I have never seen anybody working the floor, talking to the vendors, customers, and clients coming in, and making sure that everyone felt like a celebrity. Kim, a celebrity herself, did that. Kim is approachable, present, and intelligent, and she's doing some fantastic things to revolutionize the Arizona Wedding Show. Let's talk about the team she brought on board. Their ability to communicate and be transparent about what's going on, when and where you need to be, and how long you could be there was fantastic. Load-in was impeccable, and the load-out was even more. Kim was out there directing traffic, ensuring that each of her vendors was successful. It's a yes from us for Kim Horn, and she's doing big things. If you want to do big things, there's only one answer: the Arizona Wedding Show.

Exhibiting at the Arizona Wedding Show is a worthwhile experience for our business. The Arizona Wedding Show sets the standard for connecting wedding vendors with dedicated couples. We appreciated having ample time to engage with couples, knowing that registered attendees are genuinely invested in finding the right professionals for their weddings. While live events have challenges, Kim and Alexa were responsive in addressing things immediately. Receiving attendee information immediately after the show was a huge advantage. When I first heard of the Arizona Wedding Show, I attended as a freshly engaged bride-to-be and found myself amongst some amazing vendors eager to serve their clients. As a wedding photographer, I knew I wanted to do the same and share my work with so many potential couples in preparation for their big day! Being a vendor at the Arizona Wedding Show was one of my career's best decisions! We collectively booked over a dozen weddings for 2024 AND 2025 from the January and June shows! It was scary at first because of the investment in so many different aspects, but I made my money back after booking just one wedding, and it was so worth it! Now, because of being a vendor at the show, I can network with other vendors and build relationships; I can stay in front of all of those who attended, book multiple forms of photography, and build a clientel beyond just weddings! If you’re on the fence, just do it, especially since Kim is running the show! Absolutely amazing team!

Since you've taken over the Arizona Wedding Show, I appreciate the webinars and resources you offer at no charge to us as exhibitors. The white drapes and linens were much better than black, and the shorter dividers between booths also opened up everything. It's excellent having quality attendees who are willing to talk with me about our services.

I have been exhibiting at the Arizona Wedding Show since 2023, and it has been a fantastic experience thus far. This show has allowed me to showcase ADERO as a wedding venue and bring more visibility that we did not have prior to this show. I have met many couples and engaged in great conversations. In addition, I have networked with many vendors, opening up many opportunities for our hotel. Furthermore, Kim and her team are great to work with. Kim answers all of my questions promptly and is very organized, especially during the show.

The Arizona Wedding Show was not only a blast to be a part of, but wildly successful for me as well! After just one show, I booked 5 new weddings and had 48 calls scheduled!
